    • Prophylaxis: critically ill patients s/p GI surgery, candidal infection prevention
  • Coccidioidomycosis
  • Disseminated cryptococcosis
  • Histoplasmosis, blastomycosis: alternative therapy for mild to moderate diseases in patients intolerant to itraconazole.
  • Pityriasis versicolor
