- Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis
- Vulvovaginal candidiasis
- Cryptococcal meningitis (treatment and suppression)

- Candida infections
- Disseminated candidiasis and candidemia (including peritonitis)
- Endophthalmitis
- Osteoarticular infection and septic arthritis
- UTIs
- Endovascular - step-down therapy
- CNS candidiasis - step-down therapy
- Neonatal candidiasis
- Prophylaxis: critically ill patients s/p GI surgery, candidal infection prevention
- Coccidioidomycosis
- Disseminated cryptococcosis
- Histoplasmosis, blastomycosis: alternative therapy for mild to moderate diseases in patients intolerant to itraconazole.
- Pityriasis versicolor
