- Treatment of multiple myeloma in combination with dexamethasone.
NON-FDA APPROVED USES
- Treatment of idiopathic aphthous stomatitis or esophagitis
- Treatment of HIV-associated wasting
- Possible other uses: refractory prurigo nodularis and microsporidiosis (unresponsive to albendazole)
- Hypertrophic HSV lessions unresponsive to acyclovir, foscarnet, and cidofovir[1]
