Same list as uncomplicated cystitis and pyelonephritis: major causes include
- Staphylococcus saprophyticus
- Other Enterobacteriaceae
Other organisms, including Enterococcus spp. and Group B Streptococci (GBS), are much more likely contaminants than pathogens.
