- Chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in patients with cancer
- Neutropenia following bone marrow transplantation
- Mobilization of hematopoietic progenitor cells for collection by leukopheresis
- Idiopathic, cyclic or congenital neutropenia
- Increase survival in patients acutely exposed to myelosuppressive doses of radiation (Hematopoietic Syndrome of Acute Radiation Syndrome)

- Severe neutropenia associated with HIV and/or opportunistic infections
- Drug-induced neutropenia (AZT, ganciclovir, pyrimethamine, TMP/SMX and others)
- Prolonged neutropenia/immune effector cell-associated hematologic toxicity (ICAHT) after CAR T-cell therapy (not recommended within 14 days of infusion per NCCN due to theoretical cytokine release syndrome risk).
