INDICATIONS

FDA

  • Prophylaxis of Candida infections in adult and pediatric patients ≥4 months of age undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT)
  • Treatment of esophageal candidiasis in adult and pediatric patients ≥4 months of age
  • Treatment of candidemia, acute disseminated candidiasis, Candida peritonitis and abscesses in adult and pediatric patients ≥4 months of age
    • Also approved for infants <4 months with candidemia, disseminated candidiasis, Candida peritonitis or abscesses without meningoencephalitis or ocular dissemination.

NON-FDA APPROVED USES

  • Invasive aspergillosis salvage therapy or selected combination treatment
  • Candida endocarditis and osteomyelitis
